Hamurana New Build — Rotorua
A bold residential new build on a hillside in Hamurana, finished in black brick and aluminium-clad gables — designed to sit confidently in its setting and make the most of sweeping views over Rotorua.
The Build
Low-maintenance materials were specified throughout, with the black brick and aluminium cladding combination chosen for both its durability and its strong architectural presence. The elevated position on the hillside gave the home a natural vantage point over the city — one the design was built around from the outset.
Every part of this build was executed with the precision and coordination the site and the design demanded.
The Result
Clean lines, a considered palette, and a home that earns its position on the hillside. Built smoothly, handed over to a standard the owners can be proud of for years to come.
